In this online tutorial you will find video instructions to the YouEQ card games.

Welcome to Game-D. The D stands for “dialogic,” which means “logic in dialog.” It is a social-emotional journey game to train your brain for joy, peace, and courageous decisions.

Recommended for ages 17 and up—younger ones will need a guide to help them understand their journey. Feel free to play it together.

Play by yourself or with a certified coach to guide you—when possible, we recommend bringing a friend to create a “joy triangle” which enhances the brain effects of the game.

The YouEQ card decks are specifically designed to train your brain for the emotional intelligence skills. They put the science into action for rapid adoption of these skills. The games do all the heavy lifting for you.
